This is my second post for my 5 Days of Home Schoool series – My Favorite Things. Today, I want to talk about homeschool conventions. From our first year of homeschooling, our family has attended homeschool conventions as often as we can. When our children were younger, they loved attending the children’s programs. Our oldest even has helped out once or twice in the past.
I love going to listen to the speakers and look at the exhibit halls. Getting to see the materials first hand is the best.
Of course, another thing I love about homeschool conventions is one year we got to see our oldest son walk across the stage and graduate at the state convention.
So what are some of your favorite things about homeschooling?
